I’ve had the privilege of serving on over a dozen nonprofit boards and even chaired a few of them. Leading non-profits under normal circumstances can be a difficult labor of love. This past year has been unusually challenging for nonprofit leaders seeking reliable funding and organizational sustainability. While 2020 will soon be behind us, nonprofit leaders are not out of the woods yet! Dr. Christopher Washington is a tireless supporter of global leadership development, philosopher of human performance improvement, and champion for the significant role of universities in workforce development.
