What a difference a year makes! Unprecedented events in 2020 shaped how we live, work and play. A global pandemic tested the durability of our most cherished and historically reliable institutions.

In this end-of-year Voice America and WCBE broadcast, I join Innovating Leadership host Maureen Metcalf in reflecting on the social, political, and technological disruptions that affected organizations in 2020, and in discussing the signals which suggest that leaders will continue to experience disruptions and an emerging set of opportunities well into 2021 and beyond. I invite you to check out the show and let us know what you think in the comments section below.
